13 recipes you should eat to make your skin glow

Every girl wants a glowing skin. We all want a healthy, clear and bright skin. There are plenty of ways to make your skin glow, but some of them require a visit to the spa or buying expensive make up products. Eating natural food is not only good for your health, but also suitable for glowing skin. Here is list of 13 recipes you should eat to make your skin glow:

1) Tomato juice with lemon

Tomato helps reduce the pore size as it contains vitamin C and E that help penetrate this nutrient deep into pores to improve blood circulation and oxygenate them from within. Lemon prevents the formation of melanin which helps get rid off acne marks; get rid of wrinkles; keep facial hairs away; get rid of dark spots and blemishes.

2) Mint leaves with cucumber, honey and lemon juice

Mint contains menthol that increases blood circulation, reducing puffiness around your eyes while the rest of the ingredients together reduce swelling, tighten skin pores, moisturise it get rid of dark circles.

3) Aloe vera pulp with orange peel and lemon juice

Aloe vera is excellent for treating acne prone skin; oranges contain vitamin C that helps in collagen production; lemon evens out complexion. This mixture reduces acne breakouts and makes your face glow.

4) Oatmeal and milk scrub:

Mix oatmeal powder (two tablespoons), milk (one teaspoon), one mashed ripe banana (two tablespoons), olive oil (three tablespoons), honey (one tablespoon) and make a paste. Apply this as a face pack for about 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with cold water and see your skin glow.

5) Watermelon juice:

Take some fresh watermelon chunks, blend them to extract juice. Drink one glass on an empty stomach every day until you achieve desired results.

7) Wheatgrass juice:

Wheatgrass is the young sprouts of wheat plant. It contains minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron; enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase and glutathione peroxidase; vitamins A, C, E and K besides other nutrients that not only improve your complexion but also give body a healthy glow. Take some wheatgrass juice every day until you get desired results.

8) Almond milk:

9) Papaya mask for blemish free skin:

12) Wheat germ oil:
